Develop, maintain, and improve internal web applications using Angular and Golang, building scalable solutions that support engineering and operational teams
Design and implement efficient database architectures while working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to transform requirements into robust technical solutions
Build and maintain gRPC services that enable high-performance communication across systems
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, reliable deployments and continuous delivery
Monitor application performance, optimize system reliability, and contribute to software quality, security, and scalability best practices
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while helping shape tools that empower cutting-edge aviation technologies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong proficiency in Golang and Angular or React, with hands-on experience building and maintaining modern web applications
Experience designing and implementing gRPC services
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, security, maintainability, and performance optimization
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse engineering teams
Experience in aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or safety-critical systems is a plus but not essential.
