Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities
Travel throughout the Greater Buffalo, NY territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver
Support business growth by identifying opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions
Requirements
Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience
Basic computer and technical proficiency (email, mobile applications, Microsoft Word)
Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies
Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle
