Requirements
- Deep background in process optimization and continuous improvement
- Lean Yellow Belt certification (or equivalent) is preferred
- High 'Digital IQ' with familiarity in AI, RPA, and data storytelling
- Exceptional ability to influence complex global stakeholders
- Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones
- Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
