Role Overview
As a fast growing Fintech in the LATAM region, we are looking for a QA Designer to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of our products as we continue to build the leading embedded lending infrastructure in LATAM.
This role goes beyond traditional testing, you will design quality processes, define test strategies, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-impact, customer-facing solutions with speed and confidence.**
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute test strategies across web platforms, APIs, and data flows
- Own end-to-end quality assurance for new features, from requirements to release
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure quality is embedded early in the development lifecycle
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and clear prioritization
- Build and maintain test cases and test plans aligned with product requirements and business goals
- Improve QA processes and frameworks to support scalability in a high-growth environment
- Contribute to automation efforts to increase efficiency and coverage over time
- Ensure product performance, reliability, and security standards are met
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in QA, test design, or quality engineering roles
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex systems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Ability to translate product requirements into test scenarios and edge cases
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira)
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (nice to have)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or lending products
- Exposure to data validation and analytics workflows
- Experience working in high-growth startups or scaling environments
