Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline processes
Build and maintain automations and integrations using tools such as Make, Zapier, CRM features
Monitor key performance indicators across the marketing and sales funnel and build dashboards
Maintain and improve communication workflows for consultation scheduling and onboarding
Build and maintain contact segmentation structures that support targeted email campaigns
Collaborate across departments to align systems with company-wide processes
Document system architecture, automation processes, and standard operating procedures
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into marketing and sales workflows

Fluency in Spanish and English
HubSpot certification with demonstrated experience managing CRM workflows and pipelines
Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
Experience integrating AI tools into business processes and working with large language models like Gemini and Claude
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience building workflows and operational systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations (preferred)
Experience designing dashboards and performance reporting systems (preferred)
Experience supporting operational systems in scaling organizations (preferred)
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred)
