Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of adviser quality, compliance, and client protection across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services compliance or quality assurance who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and doing things the right way.
The Opportunity Working within our Adviser Quality Assurance team, you’ll support the review and oversight of adviser activity, ensuring documentation, case processing, and client recommendations meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with advisers and operational teams, helping to identify risks, improve quality, and ensure cases progress smoothly through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Review adviser documentation, suitability reports, and case submissions to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
- Validate adviser licences and regulatory records
- Support case triage and oversight through Salesforce and workflow systems
- Produce and review Life Insurance, Protection, and Long-Term Care quotations
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance risks
- Maintain strong awareness of financial products, regulatory requirements, and internal processes
- Work collaboratively with advisers and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced within financial services, compliance, paraplanning, or quality assurance
- Confident working with technical financial products and documentation
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
- Passionate about maintaining high standards and protecting client outcomes
Experience with Salesforce, workflow management systems, and financial products including investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning would be highly advantageous.
