About this role

Act as a trusted strategic advisor and thought partner to executive and board-level leaders
Lead rapid, enterprise-wide assessments of data and AI maturity
Design and facilitate in-depth interviews, workshops, and working sessions
Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear, cohesive insights
Translate assessment findings into practical, actionable recommendations
Develop compelling, executive-ready narratives and presentations
Influence decision-making across functions without formal authority
Partner closely with data, analytics, and technology teams
Operate effectively in ambiguity, adapting as new insights emerge

Extensive experience influencing executive leadership on enterprise data, analytics, AI, or technology strategy
Proven success leading enterprise assessments, diagnostics, or large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud architectures, and hyperscale environments (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud)
Experience operating within large, complex, matrixed organizations
Ability to work independently at a senior level while managing multiple high-impact priorities
Demonstrated success delivering results in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments
