Role Overview
- Play a key role in improving the reliability, efficiency and usability of enterprise systems
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical requirements and specifications
- Analyse complex business processes and system behaviour to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Investigate current systems and BAU operational issues to support platform stability and performance
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working on large, complex business and technology initiatives
- Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- Working knowledge of APIs, database structures, and SQL
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across a range of delivery methodologies
- Strong skills in analysing complex problems
