Establishing and executing a proactive, end-to-end risk management framework across Teva’s global CDMO/CMO network
Ensuring the resilience, compliance, and continuity of Teva’s external supply
Driving structured risk assessment, quantification, mitigation strategies, and governance processes
Developing the right ExM integrated risk framework
Implementing and maintaining ExM standardized integrated risk management framework
Leading risk governance processes and escalation pathways
Identifying and quantifying risks impacting supply reliability
Partnering with Teva Quality to integrate GMP and regulatory risks
Ensuring financial, geopolitical stability of CMOs are included in the overall risk assessment methodology
Implementing digital dashboards, analytics, and predictive tools
Training Teva ExM teams on risk methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related
Certification in risk management desirable
10+ years pharmaceutical/biopharma experience
5+ Experience with risk frameworks in global networks
Experience with external manufacturing networks and associated challenges
Experience with digital risk tools
Consulting experience in risk management highly desirable
