Acquire new customers and expand existing client relationships in the business sector
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses and provide holistic consultancy to clients
Develop bespoke Modern Workplace and New Work concepts
Present solutions, lead negotiations and support projects from first contact through contract signing
Build and maintain a strong network and nurture existing contacts
Work closely with inside sales, planning teams, manufacturers and project partners
Regular collaboration within the team to ensure successful project delivery

Commercial training, a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Interior Architecture, Architecture or similar), or comparable practical experience
Experience in B2B sales—ideally in office furnishings, workspace design concepts, or project-based sales
Interest in modern workplaces and design
Ability to translate customer needs into compelling concepts
Strong communication skills and confident presence
Enjoy interacting directly with customers and colleagues
Self-motivated, independent work style and commitment
Excellent German and good English skills
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools
