Senior Business Change Manager - Payment Integrity

Role Overview

• Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope
• Leads efforts to identify best practices
• Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required
• Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs
• Designs methods for integrating function and process
• Conducts cost/benefit analysis
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field
• Minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience
• Proven experience with driving digital change and end-to-end implementations
• Previous experience within a managed care/healthcare organization and strong knowledge base of regulatory and compliance regulations
• Payment Integrity and healthcare claims experience
