Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or data analysis (3–5 years ideal)
- Comfortable using Salesforce and Excel (bonus if you’ve touched PowerBI, HubSpot, or similar tools)
- Think analytically and naturally spot inconsistencies or opportunities to improve processes
- Thrive in a team environment and are open to learning from experienced mentors
