Role Overview
Generate new business daily through high-volume outbound calls, inbound follow-ups, and digital outreach.
Convert leads into clients using consultative selling strategies, delivering value-driven conversations that result in closed deals.
Own your pipeline from prospecting to follow-up to close using Salesforce to track progress and stay organized.
Build urgency and credibility through strategic messaging and objection handling.
Become a subject matter expert on Embark’s digital tools and confidently guide prospects through our offerings.
Engage with leads across multiple channels, including phone, video conferencing, and email.
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to maximize conversion rates and continuously improve the sales process.
Follow Embark’s structured sales process and deliver a standout client experience from first contact to onboarding.
Requirements
Proven inside sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong cold calling and outbound sales experience; comfortable handling objections and closing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills clear, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital tools for virtual selling.
Strong time management and organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast sales cycle.
Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about financial products and services.
A growth mindset,comfortable with change, feedback, and evolving priorities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Licensed by your provincial authority and recognized by the RESP Dealers Association of Canada (Preferred).
Bilingualism (French, Mandarin, or Cantonese) is a strong asset (Preferred).
