About this role
Role Overview
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve complex account or technical issues
Promote Associated Bank products and services
Mentor and train new team members
Demonstrate professionalism and care in customer interactions
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve processes
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Less than 2 years of customer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing, or sales
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (preferred)
