Lead the implementation of a large-scale complaints analysis process using Artificial Intelligence tools to identify trends and drive reactive solutions
Generate management reports outlining the main pain points in order operations and quickly cascade corrective actions to execution teams
Design and deploy a BI Alerts Dashboard, ensure data accuracy, and develop a roadmap for implementing new relevant alerts
Collaborate on creating a robust, unified control point for material order data
Work closely with the data team
Requirements
Previous experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), or process improvement, preferably in Logistics, Order Management, or Supply Chain
Proven ability to work with high-volume data using SQL
Capacity to operate autonomously and proactively in identifying and resolving structural issues
Knowledge of or interest in using AI tools
Strong communication skills and strategic vision
