Have Professional Engineer (PE) license
Fifteen years of experience working in the building structural engineering field
In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards
Familiarity with structural design and analysis, materials, and construction techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools like CAD software
