Provide after sales support for Hipotronics equipment
Support customers via phone and email, understand their requirements and help resolve issues
Perform all final tests required to ensure that equipment operates as stipulated in engineering specifications
Prepares written reports of all work performed and generates test reports
Provide technical support to customers
Generate and grow service sales by promoting product service offerings
Work with the sales team to identify new market opportunities

Requirements
2 year degree in technical field in electrical/electronic technology with 3-4 years experience with testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating analog and digital control metering circuits or BSEE with 1-2 years of experience
Must be able to read schematics, be proficient in hand held tools and test instruments.
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Experience interfacing with customers
Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization capability.
Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of internal and external customers.
