Role Overview
- Coordinate with MOD Operations and project supervisors to understand the logistics needs of each project
- Manage workflow and verify production schedules to maintain seamless operations
- Track and promptly resolve shipping errors or damage to ensure efficient field installation schedules
- Review shipment materials before distribution to ensure everything is on schedule
- Collaborate with transportation systems to facilitate prompt pick-ups and deliveries
- Partner with supply chain operations to consistently meet and exceed customer demands
- Track and report on-time delivery rates to management
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external partners
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
