Develop and manage a 12-18-month plan spanning technology areas, aligning resources, milestones, and mitigation paths while resolving cross-business conflicts.
Drive decisions with leaders of core business functions and top executives at Blue Origin.
Deploy iterative prototyping, testing, and scaling to deliver simple, high-value solutions to complex problems, continuously validated by broad customer feedback and data.
Influence technical decisions and end-state architectures for entire domains, evaluating emerging technologies for durable business value.
Define and implement metrics and frameworks to guide investments and measure success of product launches.
Lead strategic risk mitigation and readiness activities to ensure smooth roll-outs and measurable impact across multiple organizations.
Utilize AI to increase the velocity of deliverables, boost productivity, and codify best practices company-wide.
Produce high-impact narratives and reviews that drive key decisions and keep executives aligned on progress, risks, and next steps.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
7+ years of product management experience, or a combination of product management and hands-on experience in factory automation and manufacturing operations.
Proven track record of driving complex technical initiatives from concept to production at scale.
Strong experience with Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Experience working closely with UX design and software engineering teams.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data for decision-making and product prioritization.
Demonstrated ability to adopt and utilize AI tools and evolving technologies to prototype, iterate, and ship features with speed and quality.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with factory automation systems, machine and robot integration, or manufacturing operations in aerospace, automotive, medical devices or a similarly complex manufacturing industry.
