The IT/Software Partner Manager is responsible for owning and growing iHorizons’ partner ecosystem.
Build and maintain professional relationships with partners to ensure sustainable growth.
Assess and prioritize new partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
Support and drive sales growth by increasing business leads sourced from partners.
Track and report on partner performance metrics and ensure business plans are on track.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in a Partner Manager or Alliance Manager role within IT/software.
Proven track record of managing tier-level partnerships with major technology vendors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills and traits.
Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Technically competent with strong awareness of market trends and vendor solutions in IT and software.
Hands-on knowledge of key technology ecosystems relevant to iHorizons’ portfolio (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google or equivalent enterprise platforms).
Understanding of cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solution landscapes.
