About this role
Role Overview
- Search for qualified candidates within the Breezy HR database
- Match candidates to the most suitable open positions
- Assist with outbound sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help attract candidates through job ads and sourcing efforts
- Review incoming applications and CVs
- Evaluate candidates based on role requirements
- Move qualified candidates to the “Needs Initial Call” stage
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate records
- Support recruiters by helping maintain active candidate pipelines
- Assist with candidate tracking and database organization
- Help ensure positions are consistently receiving qualified candidates
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or HR support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable reviewing resumes and evaluating candidate profiles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions at once
- Proactive and resourceful mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience with some of the following tools is helpful: Breezy HR or ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom
