Provide preventive, predictive and corrective network monitoring and support;
Conduct monitoring and management activities of equipment according to the established work plan;
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues found in operational networks;
Provide full support to the State in resolving network failures and handling open tickets;
Perform tests on equipment and networks together with field teams and the State of MS IT team;
Prepare routine and ad-hoc technical reports regarding operational networks, based on analysis of network data and management platforms.
Requirements
Education: Technical course or Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Intermediate knowledge of optical networks (DWDM);
Intermediate knowledge of data networks (TCP/IP);
Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule;
Knowledge of tools for monitoring network environments;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HUAWEI network environments.
