Structure and validate constitutive documents for financial instruments
Monitor operations in the workflow using HubSpot to control issuances
Support bookkeeping of financial instruments, recording and formalizing transactions in internal systems

Bachelor's degree completed: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
Knowledge of Finance and Capital Markets
Intermediate Excel
Familiarity with automation tools, low-code and no-code platforms
Ability to navigate complex environments
Curiosity and autonomy to propose ideas and seek feedback
Ability to prioritize and support the team in adapting to change
Strong communication skills, resilience, and flexibility
