5+ years of full-stack or backend-focused development experience.
Hands-on experience building or extending CRM-style or workflow-driven applications.
Solid understanding of automation logic — triggers, rules, conditional flows.
Practical experience integrating AI APIs or tools (e.g. OpenAI, LLM APIs, AI-powered automation) — you’ve built something real with AI.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure on Linode and/or AWS.
Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
Strong with APIs, databases, and backend architecture.
Comfortable inheriting and owning an existing codebase.
Good communicator who can work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
Awareness of secure coding practices and data protection standards — particularly around handling personal and student data.
