About this role
Role Overview
- Perform product tuning in the process control area;
- Commission and start up products and Smart Products solutions;
- Conduct proof-of-concept tests of developed products in real industrial plants;
- Prepare product documentation so it can be used by non-expert users;
- Provide technical support for the installed base;
- Identify opportunities and propose solutions;
- Execute optimization projects;
- Leverage solutions from our organization's network of contacts—don’t reinvent the wheel;
- Improve existing solutions and keep colleagues updated on implemented improvements;
- Provide maintenance and operation training for our equipment.
Requirements
- Advanced English;
- Spanish (advantage);
- Solid knowledge in automation and control (essential);
- Knowledge of industrial IT (essential);
- Knowledge of robotics focused on industrial applications;
- Knowledge of advanced control (fuzzy logic, artificial neural networks, etc.);
- Knowledge of industrial processes, especially process industries;
- Knowledge of data analysis and modeling tools (data mining, artificial neural networks, etc.);
- Project management.
