Role Overview
- Develop and implement global tax planning strategies
- Oversee all federal, state, and international tax filings
- Manage quarterly and annual income tax accounting obligations (under ASC 740)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tax authority audits
- Provide tax due diligence support for acquisitions and restructuring
- Advise leadership on the tax impact of business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (completed and verified prior to start)
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or in-house roles
- CPA Certification or master's in taxation (MST) preferred
- Experience and proficiency with ASC 740 rules and calculations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international direct and indirect tax laws
- Experience with foreign tax issues
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage tax projects
