Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
Collaborating with Salesforce Architects and Developers to design scalable, best-practice solutions.
Validating solution feasibility against Salesforce platform capabilities and project constraints.
Preparing and maintaining process flows, business process models, functional diagrams, and documentation.
Participating actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Acting as a trusted advisor to users by explaining Salesforce capabilities and solution trade-offs.
Supporting user adoption through training materials, user guides, and release notes.
Analyzing existing Salesforce implementations and recommending process improvements and optimization opportunities.
Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions.
Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and providing guidance
Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices.
Reporting the status of all key metrics (e.g.: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure.
Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests.
Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross-sell or up-sell Nagarro’s offerings.
Requirements
Total Experience:7.5+ years
Strong experience in requirements analysis, requirement elicitation.
Strong experience in agile fundamentals and methodology, RFP, wireframe & prototype.
Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes.
Experience working with Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting.
Able to perform change impact analysis and support release/change management activities.
Understand Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding).
Experience in Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding along with creating BRDs, FSDs, and coordinating for Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing
Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
Effective communication with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Passionate about building great solutions.
Mentoring team members to meet client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
Able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
