Own and evolve our Sponsored Products ecosystem, including auction mechanics, bidding logic, and relevance models to continuously improve performance and ad quality
Drive the development of retail media data products, such as first-party audience segments, attribution models, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with Data & AI teams
Shape the advertiser self-service platform, enabling seamless campaign creation, optimisation, and reporting for both marketplace sellers and programmatic buyers
Build and scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and platform intelligence, to unlock continuous learning and revenue growth
Partner cross-functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, and Category teams to align product development with business needs and maximise commercial impact
Requirements
You bring 7+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, or e-commerce monetisation
You have deep understanding of auction dynamics, advertiser ROI, and data-driven product design , and have owned data products end-to-end
You are technically fluent , comfortable discussing data pipelines, model design, and experimentation frameworks with engineers and data scientists
You work in a structured, independent, and highly data-driven way , navigating complex stakeholder environments and identifying dependencies across teams
