Lead, motivate and develop a team of Home Claims Auditors
Ensure the delivery of a robust and effective Audit function against business objectives
Completion of audits, operationally and externally, to enable Hastings to have assurance on the level of performance across Home Claims

Strong audit experience, ideally within the external supplier space, in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services
Proven leadership experience – able to showcase strong coaching skills and team development
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills – able to interpret MI to identify areas of risk and opportunity
Knowledge of home/household claims in an insurance setting is advantageous
