About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of Growth Segment clients through proactive relationship management
Develop and execute structured client interaction plans to ensure consistent engagement and portfolio sustainability
Gain deep understanding of client businesses, their financial performance, and growth strategies to deliver relevant solutions
Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective action where required
Drive revenue through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new-to-bank opportunities
Position the bank competitively in the local market and identify opportunities aligned to sector trends
Achieve agreed financial, sales, and customer satisfaction targets
Provide advisory-led engagement by matching client needs with appropriate banking solutions
Utilise client planning and solutioning tools to deepen relationships, particularly across high-value clients
Take ownership of client service, including resolving queries and managing complaints end-to-end
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Ensure adherence to all risk, credit, and regulatory requirements
Apply sound credit judgment and discipline in pricing and structuring of deals
Maintain high-quality portfolio hygiene and audit-ready documentation
Ensure the portfolio meets required risk management standards at all times
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (essential)
Proven experience in Business/Commercial Banking relationship management
Strong understanding of lending, transactional banking, and financial solutions
Experience in managing and growing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
