Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

• Coordinate with different teams to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
• Manage various stages of the project lifecycle, emphasizing timely delivery and quality.
• Implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use strong communication skills to convey project goals, updates, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to predefined timelines and meet set objectives (budget, scope of work).
• Work closely with business flows, improve them if needed to achieve projects goals.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and address challenges proactively.
• Engage in client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professional representation of EveryMatrix.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track of projects deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of BA techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• General understanding of the technical aspects of projects.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is advantageous.
• Experience in Business Analysis area is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
• Fluent in English (level B2-C1+).
