Coordination and management of the quality projects area and the activities assigned to its human team.
Supervise the development of new projects to achieve product homologation.
Preparation of quality documentation and customer-related documentation.
Supervise the homologation of components of new complex projects.
Carry out the departmental organization and coordinate the team throughout the quality process.
Control and supervise the calibrations that will allow quality tests to be carried out.
Monitoring product and process audits.
Participate in the internal communication of the department.
Carry out administrative tasks associated with the department's activity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and APQPs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valuable knowledge of SAP.
High level of both oral and written English.
Proactivity, resolution and decision-making, high creativity.
Ability to work both autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
