Role Overview
- Work alongside the Head of Product for Credit to drive Finom's credit proposition forward
- Think across the full credit lifecycle: customer acquisition and activation, product utilisation and retention
- Turn commercial opportunity into product strategy
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Risk, Legal, and Finance to build a shared roadmap
- Drive customer-centric, commercially grounded product experiences
- Contribute to the evolution of our credit architecture
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated, commercially complex environment
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Experience managing products where compliance, risk, and operations aren't afterthoughts
- Ability to operate at both the strategic and execution level
- Clear, structured communication
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in lending, credit, or adjacent domains; Technical fluency; Experience working in a scale-up environment
