Delivery Centre Consultant

Role Overview

• Perform configuration and deployment services for Keyloop Customers
• Perform system configuration activities and ensure end-to-end readiness of the implemented solution
• Responsible for executing tasks associated with installation of packages
• Install and configure additional packages as customers purchase it
• Keep team leader informed of obstacles and provide status of completed work
• Train, advise and support clients as necessary

Requirements

• Fresher/experience in implementation/configuration
• Preferred any implementation experience for 2 years and above.
• BTECH or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and pays attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, including telephone, virtual methods, written, and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Knowledge of Unix / Linux / SQL
• Basic to Intermediate Programming Code Reading Capability
• Code debugging capability.
• Exposure to automotive industry is an added advantage.
