As Team Lead Finance & Controlling (FiCo) Consulting (m/f/d), you are responsible, together with your consulting team, for developing sustainable solutions for new and existing clients in the area of Financial Accounting & Controlling (FiCo).
You ensure the quality and economic efficiency of implementations in this area across our projects.
You work closely with the other team leads in Professional Services.
With your technical expertise and leadership approach, you drive standards, innovation and the ongoing development of your team.

You have a degree or vocational qualification in a commercial/business administration field or in information technology with business understanding — alternatively you bring comparable, compensating professional experience.
You have at least five years of practical experience in a leadership role with disciplinary personnel responsibility.
In addition, you bring at least ten years of solid experience in executing and managing end‑to‑end ERP projects.
Very good product knowledge of Abas ERP is part of your professional profile.
With your strong team, motivational and communication skills you act confidently across functional boundaries and combine a sense of responsibility and quality awareness with an analytical and structured way of working.
Ideally, you have professional knowledge in accounting.
Very good German and English language skills enable you to work confidently and effectively in international teams.
