About this role

Lead projects for the implementation, enhancement and governance of ITSM processes and tools;
Manage transformation initiatives and continuous improvement in IT Service Management;
Define and monitor schedules, risks, KPIs, action plans and project governance;
Conduct executive meetings, status presentations and alignments with strategic stakeholders;
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors and infrastructure and operations areas;
Ensure deliveries are met within established timelines, scope, quality and budget;
Support the advancement of ITSM process maturity, operational efficiency and user experience;
Promote best practices in governance, ITIL, service management and project management.

Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager in IT projects;
Experience with projects related to ITSM, Service Desk, IT Governance or IT Operations;
Knowledge of frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL and PMBOK;
Experience leading projects in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders;
Strong leadership, negotiation, organization and conflict management skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive-level presentations;
Hands-on, proactive, outcome-driven and ownership-oriented profile.
