Attend and resolve customer equipment breakdowns within the assigned region
Install, commission, and maintain Videojet equipment at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance as per defined schedules
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective corrective actions
Raise spare part requests and close service transactions under warranty, CAMP, or chargeable services
Promote service contracts and consumables to customers
Conduct product demonstrations and provide operator-level customer training
Prepare and update service reports in Oracle
Identify potential spare parts and equipment requirements, submit quotations, and collect purchase orders
Generate service leads for the sales team related to equipment upgrades or replacements.
