Role Overview
- Manage team capacity and competency planning
- Develop and own system verification and integration plans
- Define clear acceptance criteria for system requirements
- Create and execute detailed test cases
- Lead the overall validation and verification strategy
- Drive test automation
- Support and maintain test infrastructure, equipment, and tools
- Analyze test results, identify risks, and produce verification reports
Requirements
- University degree in engineering (Software, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Electronics) or another relevant technical field
- Minimum seven years of hands-on testing experience in Automotive ADAS
- Experience leading initiatives and promoting collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Practical experience in verification and validation of safety-critical systems according to ISO 26262
- Strong hands-on programming and scripting skills in C++ and Python or a language commonly used in this domain
- Hands-on experience developing test automation and executing Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) tests
- Solid knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN and Ethernet
- Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and their core concepts
- Practical experience with ASPICE and agile development methodologies
- Practical experience with simulation platforms such as CARLA and middleware such as ROS2 is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with Adaptive AUTOSAR and the QNX operating system
