You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with suppliers and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, coordinate their assignments, and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong spoken and written English
