You support the coordination of our in-house talents
You assist in sourcing new collaboration partners, prepare proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and pricing negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as the interface between talents and our partners, schedule engagements and ensure their wellbeing
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners as well as future formats and shows
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
