Role Overview
Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders
Manage and maintain employee data and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Optimize and improve HR systems, tools, and processes
Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within HR operations
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored HR solutions
Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve performance and decision-making
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with focus on HR operations or service delivery
German & English language skills: minimum B2 level required
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices
Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and managing employee data
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
