Role Overview
- Design and implement enterprise-level AI automations and agentic workflows utilizing Claude Enterprise
- Develop and manage Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites
- Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and coordination of multiple agents
- Set up enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines
- Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Partner with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions ready for production
Requirements

- Set up enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines
- Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Partner with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions ready for production
🔹 Required Skills:✔ Proven hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise✔ Proficiency in Agent Skills, SKILL.md, and Managed Agents**✔ Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation**✔ Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript**✔ Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SSE/streaming data patterns**✔ Understanding of SCIM, RBAC, governance, and enterprise administration**✔ Experience working with Anthropic platform APIs and enterprise AI tools
⭐ Preferred/Bonus Skills:**
- Experience in enabling enterprise users and troubleshooting**
- Background in finance, investment, or private equity workflows**
- Ability to develop reusable AI automation frameworks**
- Deep understanding of evaluation-driven AI workflow development
