End-to-end responsibility for Order to Cash, from order placement through payment receipt
Integration and harmonization across two ERP environments with a focus on a unified process logic
Build a highly automated Order-to-Cash process leveraging SAP, Abacus and AI
Close collaboration with Customer Care to ensure consistent customer experiences
Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team guided by Lean and agile principles

Degree (University/FH/HF) in Business Administration, Finance, or Business Informatics
Several years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, or Customer Finance
Strong hands-on experience in ERP integration and transformation, ideally with SAP and Abacus
Experience building and continuously improving automated processes
You think in end-to-end processes and value streams rather than in silos
You provide clear, decisive direction and guidance in complex situations and transformations
Excellent German and English; additional national languages are an advantage
