Responsible for day-to-day management of functional project execution for one team
Plan and track projects to ensure timely completion
Maintain standards based documentation across various architectural views
Ensure compliance with functional processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and create training plans for direct reports
Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams
Manage code branching strategy and release processes
Protect the company's reputation by keeping information confidential

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
An advanced degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of job related experience
7+ years experience developing iOS, Android, or Web applications
3+ years leadership experience in software development
Experience in creating technical documentation
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally
Expert understanding in iOS, Android, or Web application development (XCode, Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript)
Expertise in UI patterns (MVC, MVVM)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
