Role Overview

• You assist e‑commerce entrepreneurs daily by phone, email, and Zoom with accounting-related issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (SMART goals).
• Experience using DATEV (mandatory).
• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Open to feedback, digital working methods, and a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
