About this role
Role Overview
Creation and editing of training, product, and onboarding videos
Building and developing our Web Academy for various products with a focus on customer enablement across the customer lifecycle
Developing learning formats to support onboarding and customer adoption
Close collaboration with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify customer needs
Deriving content topics from customer feedback, support inquiries, and training needs
Developing AI-supported video formats and innovative learning content
Quality assurance and continuous optimization of existing content based on customer feedback and usage data
Supporting workshops, training sessions, and webinars for customers
Creating catalogs, handouts, and marketing materials for the Web Academy
Video editing and optimization of video formats
Requirements
Initial professional experience in Account Management / Customer Success Management / Consulting, or in Content Creation, video production, digital learning formats / training
Strong interest in customer-oriented work and customer experience
Understanding of or interest in Customer Success Management and software products
Passion for video production, content creation, and digital learning formats
Ability to prepare content tailored to target audiences and aligned with the customer journey
Excellent sense for quality, user needs, and clarity
Structured and independent working style
Interest in AI tools and modern content formats
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Optional: Experience in the legal tech sector
