About this role

Lead, manage, coach, and develop finance team members with a focus on analytical and strategic capability.
Drive finance operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
Prepare and present quarterly financial results and executive-level presentations.
Act as a trusted finance business partner to commercial, operational, and functional leaders.
Review VAT returns and oversee the preparation and submission of provisional and annual tax returns.
Prepare highlights memos and technical summaries for accounting and tax matters.

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
Minimum of five (5) years’ management experience in a finance leadership role.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (advantageous)
Strong commercial and marketing finance experience.
Experience in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Experience in month-end processes and tax reporting within a multinational environment.
Exposure to transfer pricing in an inventory-based environment (advantageous).
Exposure to finance systems such as Sage and Cognos (advantageous).
