About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned to departmental goals.
Identify, evaluate and introduce innovative technical solutions, including leading pilots and trials.
Analyse and enhance maintenance delivery processes, addressing shortfalls and driving efficiency.
Create and present business cases and track delivery of benefits and performance improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply to ensure effective communication and change adoption.
Support a consistent approach to processes, products and policies across SMD.
Manage risks, escalate issues where required and ensure improvements are embedded sustainably.
Drive productivity, reduce waste and help shift maintenance approaches from reactive to proactive.
Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement and data-led decision making.
Requirements
Strong experience delivering improvement, innovation and change initiatives.
Experience managing and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to balance priorities and lead teams through change.
Commercial awareness and experience developing business cases.
Customer focused mindset with a commitment to high standards of safety.
Degree (or equivalent) desirable.
