Requirements
Proven experience in data analysis in complex contexts (preferably in technology, healthcare, or similar industries).
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Apache Superset, or Looker).
Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
Experience with data modeling and information governance best practices.
Experience using generative AI tools applied to data analysis, productivity, and automation of analytical tasks.
Familiarity with autonomous agents and AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
Ability to translate technical data into clear narratives and business insights.
Analytical, results-oriented profile with strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Previous experience in healthtechs, healthcare companies, or regulated sectors (plus).
Knowledge of Python or R for statistical and predictive analyses (plus).
Experience with Big Data environments and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (plus).
Participation in data science or artificial intelligence projects (plus).
Active involvement in promoting a data-driven culture within organizations (plus).
