About this role
Role Overview
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and client deliverables
- Design graphics and edit photos for marketing campaigns and social posts
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms
- Handle B2B and B2C client follow-up communications
- Manage email and written correspondence with clients and partners
- Follow internal SOPs and suggest improvements when gaps are identified
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before escalating
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing (social media style)
- Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience managing or posting on social media platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working with marketing agencies or contractors/construction industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools or client communication platforms
- Experience with drone footage or field site content
